Oz is located in the City of Sunrise, just West of Ft. Lauderdale, surrounded by upscale living including the communities of Weston, Coral Springs and Plantation. With excellent access to highways including I-75, I-595, SR-84 and its own exit on the Sawgrass Expressway (869), Oz is located centrally among 5.5 million full-time South Florida residents. Oz is immediately adjacent to the Sawgrass Mills Mall, Florida’s most popular retail location. With more than 28 million visitors, the Sawgrass Mills Mall is the state’s second most popular tourist attraction after Disney.
